Message from the Director General

This website is designed to provide a comprehensive and in-depth review of our Institution, reflecting the pride we, as RSSB employees across the country, have in our continuing growth and current success after the merger of two social security schemes formerly administered by Rwanda Medical Insurance (RAMA) and Social Security Fund of Rwanda (SSFR). It conveys our sense of mission and vision - to envision a comprehensive social security system that addresses the social security needs of all Rwandans.

RSSB’s corporate culture is characterized by its ability to adapt quickly to our customer needs and requirements. From the Institution’s establishment in 2010
